Consumer rights
A plain-language summary of product information, invoices, returns, complaints and statutory consumer rights in Egypt.
Clear product and price information
You are entitled to clear information about the product, its main characteristics, quantity and price before buying. The checkout summary shows product prices, genuine discounts, delivery and the final total.
Receipt or invoice
Keep your order confirmation and payment record. You may request a receipt or invoice showing the transaction date, product, price, specification and quantity by contacting support@unld.local.
Returns and defects
Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency guidance describes a 14-day exchange or return right for eligible goods without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions, and a 30-day right for defective goods. See our Returns & Refunds page for the store process.
Complaints
Contact support@unld.local first with your order number and the requested resolution. We will review the complaint and reply using the contact information attached to the order.
Escalation
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency at cpa.gov.eg or its published hotline 19588. Keep the invoice or order confirmation and any relevant messages or photographs.
No waiver
Store policies do not remove rights granted by mandatory Egyptian law. If a policy conflicts with a mandatory right, the mandatory rule applies.
