Rules for permitted use of the UNLD brand, website, product photography, customer content and infringement reports.
Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the UNLD name, logos, visual identity, website design, copy, product names, photography, video, graphics, catalogues and software are owned by or licensed to the store and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Permitted use
You may view the storefront and save order-related records for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Prohibited use
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, republish, sell, adapt, remove rights notices, create confusingly similar branding, train a commercial dataset from protected catalogue content, or use product media to advertise another seller.
Customer content
You retain ownership of original reviews or material you submit. By submitting content for publication, you grant the store a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the storefront, subject to privacy and applicable law.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this storefront infringes your rights, email support@unld.local with your name, contact details, the protected work, the exact URL, the reason for the claim and evidence that you own or may act for the owner. False or abusive notices may be rejected.
Counterfeit warning
UNLD does not authorise third parties to copy its brand or product imagery. Report suspicious sellers or messages to support@unld.local before making payment.
