UNLD return, exchange and refund rules, including 14-day returns and defective-product rights in Egypt.
Your 14-day return right
For eligible goods, you may request an exchange or return with a refund within 14 days from receipt without giving a reason and without additional cost, subject to the exceptions permitted by Egyptian law.
Defective or non-conforming goods
If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed description, you may request an exchange or return with a refund within 30 days from receipt. Contact support@unld.local with the order number, a description and clear photographs where useful.
Return condition
Except where a defect is being reported, return the item in the condition received, unworn and unwashed, with tags, accessories and original packaging. You may inspect a product only as reasonably necessary to confirm its nature, characteristics and fit.
Legal exceptions
A return may be excluded where the nature, characteristics or packaging makes restoration impossible; where the item was made to your specifications; where the item changed because of customer use; or for legally excluded categories. For fashion products, underwear and wedding dresses may be excluded after sealed packaging is removed.
How to start a return
Email support@unld.local with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide the available collection or return instructions. Do not send a parcel without return instructions.
Inspection and refund
Eligible returns are checked after receipt. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may require verified transfer details. Payment-provider or bank processing times are outside our direct control.
Your mandatory rights remain
Nothing on this page removes or reduces rights that cannot be waived under Egyptian consumer-protection law. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us, you may contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
