How UNLD collects, uses, shares, secures and retains personal data, and the choices available to customers.
Who controls your information
UNLD determines how personal information collected through this storefront is used. Privacy enquiries and requests may be sent to support@unld.local.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, telephone number, account credentials, delivery and billing details, order history, wishlist, reviews, customer-service messages, device and security logs, cookie identifiers and payment status or provider references. We do not need your full card details when payment is hosted by a payment provider.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; process payment and orders; arrange delivery, returns and support; prevent fraud; maintain stock and financial records; comply with legal obligations; improve the storefront; and send marketing only where lawfully permitted.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory tax, accounting, warranty, dispute and fraud-prevention periods. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Egyptian law, you may ask to access, correct, update or delete personal data; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; object to direct marketing; or ask about how data is used. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations or defend claims.
Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards and limit access according to role. No internet service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Children
The storefront is not intended for a child to purchase without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Do not submit another person's information without authority.
International services
Some technology providers may process information outside Egypt. Where this occurs, the store must use arrangements required by applicable data-protection rules.
