Payment methods, electronic payment safety, receipts and refund-security guidance for UNLD customers.
Available payment methods
Checkout displays only the payment methods currently enabled for your address and order. These may include cash on delivery or hosted electronic payment through an approved provider.
Electronic payment
When you choose electronic payment, sensitive payment fields are handled by the enabled payment provider. UNLD does not ask you to send a full card number, security code or one-time password through email, chat or telephone.
Order confirmation
A payment attempt alone does not guarantee order acceptance. An order number or confirmation page confirms that the checkout request was received. Contact support@unld.local if money appears deducted but no order confirmation is shown.
Pricing and receipts
Product prices, discounts, delivery charges and the final total are shown before submission. Keep your order confirmation and payment receipt. A sales receipt or invoice can be requested using support@unld.local.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider or bank. Never send banking credentials or one-time passwords to anyone claiming to arrange a refund.
Account safety
Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices. Report suspicious messages, account activity or payment requests to support@unld.local.
