Terms governing UNLD website use, accounts, orders, prices, payment, delivery, returns and disputes in Egypt.
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to and purchases from the UNLD website in Egypt. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms together with the Privacy Policy and the policies linked from this page.
2. Store information and contact
The storefront trades under the UNLD name. Customer-service enquiries and formal notices may be sent to support@unld.local. The store owner must keep its legal identity, address, commercial registration and tax details accurate on invoices and wherever required by law.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter a purchase contract. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Products, availability and prices
We aim to describe products, colours, sizing, prices and availability accurately. Screen colours may vary. Stock is checked again at checkout. Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Genuine discounts show the prior price and current price where applicable.
5. Orders and contract formation
Adding an item to a bag does not reserve it. Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, failed payment or an address we cannot serve. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
You authorise the selected payment method for the displayed total. Electronic payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own secure flow. Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on address and order value.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, fees and estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed appointments. You must provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Risk in the goods passes as determined by applicable law and confirmed delivery.
8. Returns, defects and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and mandatory Egyptian consumer-protection rights. Those mandatory rights always prevail over any inconsistent part of these terms.
9. Reviews and acceptable use
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, infringing or contain private information. We may moderate content according to these rules. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape protected content or attempt unauthorised access.
10. Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy, product photography, graphics and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. Limited personal shopping use is permitted; commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
11. Liability
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses unrelated to a foreseeable consumer purchase or for disruption beyond reasonable control.
12. Governing law and disputes
Egyptian law applies. Please contact support@unld.local first so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not restrict your right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or use a competent court.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. The version published when you place an order applies to that purchase unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
