Delivery coverage, charges, estimates, tracking and address guidance for UNLD orders in Egypt.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the Egyptian governorates and cities shown at checkout. If no method appears for an address, delivery is not currently configured for that location.
Delivery options and price
Checkout displays the enabled delivery methods, estimated business-day range, delivery charge and any free-delivery threshold before you place the order. The checkout total is the amount that applies to your order.
Processing and estimates
Delivery estimates begin after the order is accepted and are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments. Public holidays, high-demand periods, weather, address issues and courier disruption may affect timing.
Address and contact accuracy
Please provide a complete address, governorate, city, landmark where useful and a reachable Egyptian mobile number. Contact support@unld.local promptly if you notice an error.
Tracking and delivery attempts
When tracking is available, updates are sent using the contact details supplied with the order. The courier may call before delivery. Repeated failed attempts or an unreachable recipient may result in the parcel being returned.
Inspecting the parcel
If the parcel appears materially damaged or incorrect, document the condition and contact support@unld.local promptly. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by this policy.
